The Expedition Begins
The Caribbean Sea, October 1925
Thirty miles off the coast of Central America lies an island once frequented by pirates, now covered in banana groves, coconut palms, and tangled tropical jungle.
Along its shores, small fishing villages cling to sheltered bays. Wooden boats navigate narrow channels through the mangroves, carrying supplies and stories between settlements. Life moves slowly here, measured by the tides, the harvest, and the occasional trading vessel arriving from the mainland.
But beyond the plantations, where the jungle climbs into the island’s rugged interior, there are places the locals rarely venture.
Places where ancient trees swallow forgotten trails, limestone cliffs rise above the canopy, and the island seems to guard secrets older than any pirate treasure.
In October 1925, Professor Elias Thorne arrived with four companions, carrying a weathered journal and a map that suggested one of those secrets might be real.
Their journey would take them through a labyrinth of mangroves, up a sheer wall of rock, and into a cave concealed high above the jungle.
What they discovered inside would change everything.
Five doors. Five paths.
One mystery that has waited a century to be solved.
And now, the expedition continues with you.
